Two years inside one of proptech’s fastest-growing marketing sites: a legacy build migrated to Client-First, a site-wide performance pass, then a new design developed on the clean system.

Perrin Court onboarded investors through downloadable PDFs, printed signatures, scanned documents and long email chains. It was slow for investors and heavy for the team.
The job was not to digitize the paperwork. It was to make the first thing a new investor experiences feel as considered as the fund itself.
Investor onboarding is not a normal web form. It collects personal details, financial data, investment preferences, tax declarations and legal acknowledgements, more than 78 fields across several sections.
Without the right structure it overwhelms people fast. The build had to hold two things at once:

This audience is weighing a serious financial commitment, not browsing. So the interface favors clarity over decoration. Type, spacing, color and motion are restrained on purpose, closer to a private bank than a startup. It borrows the calm of established finance and adds the ease people expect from good software.

Milos created a seamless investor onboarding workflow for Perrin Court Capital. He was able to design a custom webform and expertly integrated the data into an execution ready digital document that the new Investor was able to instantly sign via Docusign. He was able to integrate webflow with Docusign and quickly responded to any requested amendments. Our Investor onboarding process is now automated thanks to Milos. He has made a cumbersome process seamless and saved the team hours of time.
