The Fibromyalgia Clinic

Two years inside one of proptech’s fastest-growing marketing sites: a legacy build migrated to Client-First, a site-wide performance pass, then a new design developed on the clean system.

OVERVIEW

Calm to look at, light to load, impossible to get lost in.

This was a full engagement: brand direction, wireframes, visual design and the Webflow build. The audience lives with chronic pain and brain fog, so every decision optimized for low effort: short paths to booking, generous type, and a structure that never asks a patient to figure anything out.

THE CHALLENGE

Design for a reader who is exhausted.

Fibromyalgia patients often arrive after months of being dismissed. The site had to do two things at once: earn clinical trust and lower the effort of every step. That meant plain language over medical jargon, one clear action per screen, and contrast and type sizes that hold up on a bad day.

Designed for trust

Native Webflow, built to be left alone.

The build uses native Webflow elements only, no embeds, no scripts the clinic cannot see or edit. Client-First classes keep the structure legible, so the site stays maintainable long after handoff, which for a small clinic is the difference between a website and a liability.
